Stall Holder Information

To secure a stall site at the Hunterville Huntaway Festival please print off a Stall Entry form from the Entry form section of this website and post, together with your payment to:

The cost to have a stall at our 2010 festival is:

  Early Bird Stall Holder Price:     $35.00 (Entry forms received prior to 22 October 2010)

  Last Minute Stall Holder Price:  $50.00 (Entry forms received after 22 October 2010)

No refunds will be given and no stall entries will be accepted on the day of the event.

Stall positioning will be at the descretion of the Stall Organisers.  

Large stalls may require more than one stall site.  This is at Stall Organisers discretion.

 Please note: 

Stall holders will need to supply all items you may need for the day including trestles and or gazebo as we no longer supply these items. 

Set up time from 9.00 am onwards (Festival begins at midday)
