The course requirements are kept a secret until race day but we can tell you that you will have a lot of fun and gain self confidence for taking on the challenge of the event. You will be required to run a with obstacles that require you to go over, under, through and down them as well as eat or drink a delectable treat. We cannot guarantee that you will finish the race dry either, but you will finish the race feeling very proud of yourself.
